This home is another great examples of a project that began as a spec home but was purchased early in the process. From that point on, I worked closely with the new homeowner stay within budget while bringing their dream home to life - and I truly believe we achieved that. The final design features a beautiful blue kitchen island paired with elegant gold accents, adding a bold yet timeless touch to the space. Coffered ceilings add architectural interest and a sense of refined craftsmanship, making the home feel both personalized and elevated. The homeowners are thrilled with the result, and so are we.
