In this home, we chose a reverse living layout to fully take advantage of the breathtaking marsh views. By placing the main living areas - including the kitchen, dining room, and living room. On the upper level we were able to maximize sightlines and create an open-concept space that feels light, airy, and connected to nature. The serene color palette of whites, blacks and soft grays beautifully compliments the natural surroundings, adding a modern yet inviting touch to this stunning waterfront retreat.
